Meet our amazing Eco Crew which was formed in April 2025 -  a very enthusiastic and passionate group of children who are interested in nature and looking after our planet.

Already since April 2025 they have:

• Helped set up and monitored our new recycling scheme.
• Carried out a thorough Environmental Audit which in turn informs the whole school Climate Action Plan with actions that need to be done to improve the sustainability of our school.
• Organised a Walk to School Week to help improve the air quality near school during drop-off and pick-up times as well as encouraging everyone to take time to notice the beautiful environment we live in while walking! The preparation for this involved successfully writing some very persuasive letters to local businesses about the possibility of using their car parks so some of our families could Ride and Stride rather than parking directly outside school.
• Organised a site litter-pick following our family picnic on Sports Day.
