Our Mini Leaders are a fantastic team of pupils from Years 5 and 6 who take on an important role within the school community. Carefully selected for their enthusiasm, responsibility, and positive attitude, these pupils help to make lunchtimes fun, active, and inclusive for everyone.

Mini Leaders organise and lead a variety of games and activities on the playground, encouraging younger pupils to join in, stay active, and build friendships. They act as excellent role models, demonstrating teamwork, fairness, and kindness in everything they do.

Through this role, Mini Leaders develop valuable leadership and communication skills, as well as confidence and a strong sense of responsibility. We are very proud of the contribution they make to our school and the positive impact they have on playtimes each day.
